HEALTHY BREAKFAST AT SCHOOL

Healthy Breakfast" was a main topic of the meeting for parents and pupils which took place on 4.01.2017.The parents brought food which they thought was healthy for theur children.
We had a special guest - a nutritionist Magdalena Jaworska. First, she gave an interesting lecture on healthy diet for children. She commented on the food parents brought. Then everyone could use their knowledge and prepare healthy breakfast. The biggest attraction was making juice from fresh oranges.
We hope that these workshops made everyone aware how important healthy breakfast is and that they will use the nutritionist's advice while preparing breakfast.
