Watching Wheelchair Basketball Match

On the 8.X 15 the students from our school went to Kielce to watch The International Wheelchair Basketball Tournament. Our students supported the team called  „Scyzory Kielce”. The players were quite good and they won all the parts of the match.

After the match our students talked to the disabled basketball players about this discipline, their disability and some interesting facts of the players' life. One of the sportsmen whose name was Jarek was a student of our school. He introduced us to his colleague who took part in the Paralympics in London.

This trip was a wonderful lesson of tolerance towards disabled people.
